Welcome to the Partners 2017-2019 Strategic Plan Website. It’s our hope that this site and its contents will encourage a continued dialogue with our dedicated stakeholders. The input we’ve received from them has been comprehensive, covering everything from staff and management to our volunteers and strategic partners. This plan identifies our focus and serves as a way for us to communicate to you our strategy for the next few years and the commitment and resources required to see it through.
We are not the same organization that we were several years ago. However, that doesn’t mean we are done growing. We must continue to evolve and acquire additional capabilities in order to succeed with the goals and initiatives ahead.
Looking ahead, our efforts will address these areas by focusing on the following:
Through our integrated business model, we will unite the delivery of products and services across our value chain for delivery in any channel based on Member preference while simplifying the process to support this goal.
We will position our technology resources to meet the needs of our Members and Cast and enable current and future business opportunities through foundational improvements to our infrastructure, IT Service Desk, and development capabilities.
We will build a strong Cast Culture and enable organizational vibrancy by creating an innovative and agile work environment where Cast Members are equipped to excel.
We will ensure our ongoing viability and the availability of resources to deliver exceptional value to our Members.
The last three years have fundamentally changed our organization. We built new capabilities while we strengthened the organization—we are stronger than ever as we move into the new strategic planning cycle for 2017 through 2019. Thus, it is with great enthusiasm that we present this Strategic Plan.

Through a focus on service, access, and reliability, we will grow to exceed $2B in assets, serving 45% or more of TWDC by 2020.
