Setting up account alerts in Partners digital banking is simple and seamless. It only takes a moment to set up an alert on any Partners account so you can live life to the fullest knowing you'll be notified of the account or security activity you choose.*
How to Set Up a New Alert
- Find Alerts within Settings
- Select ⊕ New Alert
- Choose alert type (Account, History, Online Transaction, or Security)
- Select any account, determine the frequency, amount, and delivery method
- Create Alert

What are the types of alerts I can set up?
Account Alert: Set alerts on any Partners accounts every day, week, month, or year, or when a requested criteria is met (i.e., dollar amount). If you would like to set up an alert for any transaction made on the account, simply select "more than" and enter $0.01 in the amount field.
History Alert: Set alerts based on debit transaction, credit transaction, check number, or description. Descriptions can be used for a variety of alerts, including merchants and fees. For example, type "fee" in the description field to be notified of any fees posted to your account.
Online Transaction Alert: Set status alerts on change of address, check reorder, external transfers, funds transfers, or stop payment. Get notified when these transactions are authorized, cancelled, drafted, failed, or processed.
Security Alert: Manage security alerts for login and password changes, and more.

Yes. Once your alerts are set up in your account, you can toggle your alerts on and off.
