We understand the challenges faced during a natural disaster, and we are ready to help. For the benefit of our Members and The Walt Disney Company’s cast members, employees, and Imagineers, Partners has enacted our Member Assistance Program (MAP) to help Members secure funds or payment relief quickly after being impacted by a natural disaster.

Partners Members who need to avail themselves of this resource to render aid to their family and friends in locations affected by natural disasters will have access to the following benefits:

  • Payment deferment up to 90 days on existing loans1
  • Free money orders and cashier’s check up to 90 days1

Partners Member Assistance Program (MAP) offers loan deferment options, which allow Members the opportunity to skip predetermined monthly payments in order to have additional financial flexibility. Eligible loans include: New & Used Auto Loans, HELOC, Personal Loans, Line of Credit, Unsecured Loans, Share Certificate Secured Loans, and Specialty Vehicle Loans.

To apply for a MAP loan deferment, you may submit your request via any of the options below. Please note that the request must be submitted by the primary borrower. Finance charges will continue to accrue and the maturity date of your loan(s), as applicable, will be extended.

PLEASE NOTE: Members with payments set up on automatic transfer through online & mobile banking or from other financial institutions will need to suspend the transfer for payments or they may be processed as usual.
We understand that unexpected expenses happen, and want to ensure you’re prepared. As a Partners Member, you can apply for a $500 open-ended line of credit to be prepared with access to immediate cash in moments of need with a 0% Introductory Rate for a period of 60 days.1 Use your Emergency Line of Credit for that flat tire you didn’t plan for, help with a recent health care visit, or unexpected natural disasters.
